District Annual Report
Background
K.S.A. 82a-1043 describes the requirement for each Groundwater Management District to prepare and submit an annual report to the Kansas Legislature by January 25 each year.
The statute goes on to require the annual reports to be published online following approval by the District boards. This page is dedicated to these annual reports and we encourage public feedback in this process via the form below.
At the January 09, 2025 board meeting, the board of directors approved this year's annual report. The annual report of the District are available for download on this page.
